Can The Dexter Trailer Idler Axle Be Installed Underslung Or Overslung?

Can axle be installed under-slung or over-slung?

Hello again, Vic. The Dexter Trailer Idler Axle # 20440I-EZ-60 can be installed overslung or underslung. The spring seats will come mounted on the bottom of the axle tube. To convert it to overslung you would need to have spring seats like part # TRSS175 welded to the top of the tube.
