How to Loosen Tension on a Lippert Solera Slide Topper
Question:
Hello One side of my side topper the tension is so tight it pulled all of screws out of the slide out. How do I loosen the tension? Also do I loosen on both sides or just one? It is tight on the front side.

Hey Kim, to loosen the tension on your Solera RV Slide-Out Awning # LCV000163285 you will need to remove the pin and then spin it counterclockwise for the left-hand side and clockwise for the right-hand side.
You can see this demonstrated in the attached video around the 7:15 minute mark.
