Does the WM67200 need to be installed perfectly plumb or is there adjustment for the front to back level bubble?

There isn't any built in adjustment with the Wheel Masters Level Master 2 Trailer Bubble Level # WM67200, but you can use the mount # WM6700BK to make adjustments to the level.
