will a regular dextor 3500lb hub fit this wheel? its 6 3/8 diameter

Hey William, so 3,500 lb axle hubs like the part # KHUBS84E require wheels to be between 10 inch and 13 inch. The 8 inch wheel you referenced wouldn't fit the wheel flange.
