Hey Colin, thanks for reaching out!
The Demco Recon Gooseneck-to-5th Wheel Trailer Hitch Adapter for Recessed Ball # DM8550046 (which uses the 6316 base) will work just fine with your 2018 Keystone Cougar 368MBI as long as it doesn't have a rotating pin box.
Please note the following when it comes to fitment on your flatbed truck:
- Will not work with high-rise gooseneck balls.
- The top of the gooseneck ball must be 13/16" or closer to the top of the truck bed for the hitch to install.
