Trouble With Demco Air Force 1 Not Allowing Brake Pedal to Fully Return on a 2023 Jeep Wrangler
Question:
I bought and installed the Demco Airforce 1 brake system in my 2023 Jeep Wrangler. Issue is when I apply the brakes in the motor home the Demco cylinder on the Jeep brake pedal doesn’t release all the way and I end up towing the Jeep with the brakes on. How can I adjust or fix this. I need to go into the jeep and pull up on brake pedal to get it to release.

Bob, I reached out to Demco for help with this as it is not a problem I have ever come across. Here is what they said to check.
"If the cylinder is not closing all the way, check how much slack is in the cable. We would want a quarter inch in that cable. If the cylinder IS closing all the way, check to see if the cylinder is running into anything that would be stopping the brake pedal from getting to its resting position."
Please let me know what you find or you can always reach out to Demco as they would be able to better help you get a warranty process started depending on what you find.
