Is There a 2" Hitch Extension 12" Long Rated for 10,000lbs Towing and 1,000lbs of Tongue Weight

Question:

I am looking for a 2, 12 long hitch extension rated at 10,000 lbs, and hopefully 1,000 lbs tounge weight. I need help locating one. I checked your website but couldnt find exactly what I need. Can you help?

The Gen-Y Hitch Hitch Extender # GY89SR you found is the closest we have to what you are looking for. Do understand when using this extender it reduces the receiver capacity by 50% so to have the 10,000lb tow rating with the extender your receiver has to be rated for 20,000lbs. It is also only capable of 500lbs of tongue weight.

If this will not work for your application I can check for other receivers like a TorkLift which have heavier duty extensions. Just let me know what tow vehicle you have.
