Good morning, Kyle. We do have one option that will be very close to the specifications you provided, but not quite an exact match. What we have are the Replacement Fan Blades for AirrForce 42" Hugger Style Ceiling Fan for RVs # 277-94444.
These blades measure 16-1/2" long, 4-7/8" wide with screw holes at 3-1/2" across and 2-5/8" diagonal. So, maybe not an exact match, but very close. These are made specifically to go with the AirrForce 42" hugger style RV ceiling fan, so if this is not what you have, some modification would be required. Also these are sold in sets of four.
