Yes, the difference between the Lippert 0719 and 1116 pin boxes is the bolt pattern. If you check out the attached photos of the Trailair Air Ride # LC179879 (for a 0719) and the # LC155943 (for a 1116) you'll see the mounting bolt patterns are pretty different.
It's important to always get an exact replacement to your current pin box so that the bolt holes line up and the profile of the pin box matches what you had.
