How can I tell if this will work to replace my cargo bay latches on my 2019 190BH Winnebago Mini ?

Hey Nate,
To determine the correct replacement for your Winnebago you'll want to remove the backing plate on your current slam latches so that you can see the cutout hole in the door. The Bauer Products RV Baggage Door Slam Latch # BA57FR is designed to fit a 3-1/4" tall x 4" wide cutout hole.
If you want to measure the cutout hole and let me know what you find I'd be happy to look for a compatible fit for you.
