Adding Electric Brakes to a 2004 ShoreLand'r Boat Trailer

Question:

I have a 2024 Shorelandr boat trailer VIN 1MDAHAR17RA769927 that I would like to add electric brakes. I also have a 12 volt electric tow dolly that I move the boat around the yard with. My goal would be to have the ability to actuate the electric brakes as I am using the tow dolly. Give you an idea what I am after.

Sorry I have not gotten back to you sooner. I reached out to ShoreLand'r to verify what hubs/spindles you have as your model does not show up in their parts breakdown. They have still not gotten back to me with an exact answer. Because I cannot get the information from them I would need for you to disassemble one of your hubs and send me the part numbers for the bearings and grease seal if visible. If not I would need for you to measure the diameter of the spots where they sit on the spindle along with some images of your setup.
