Hello Loren. We do indeed carry an air bag system that will fit your 2003 Ford F-250 4wd with the B&W gooseneck hitch in the bed. For you I recommend the Firestone Ride-Rite Air Helper Springs # F2550. These are 5,000 lb rated air springs. The brackets are made to be specifically compatible with an in-bed gooseneck hitch and it will be a no-drill install. I like the Firestone air bags over other brands because they are easier to install and the air bags tend to be more durable. The brackets do require come assembly, but once you get everything laid out and positioned correctly install is not going to be too bad. It may take you 3 or 4 hours by yourself.
You also have the option of adding an onboard compressor like the Firestone Air Command Standard Duty Air Compressor # F2610. If you plan to tow frequently, the compressor is definitely a worthwhile investment.
I have linked a few of our install videos for you below.
