Recommended Air Bag Suspension for a 2019 Ford F-350 Dually

We are looking for firestone heavy duty airride shocks. for a 2Ford F350 dually, the ones with the donut that blows up, for lack of a better description

That is an interesting description Donna and I know exactly what you mean. There's two options to add Firestone airbags to your 2019 Ford F-350 dually. Both have a 5,000 lbs load leveling capacity and are compatible with in bed hitches. Which one you need will be determined by whether or not your truck is 2WD or 4WD. I have listed both options below:

2WD - Firestone Ride-Rite Air Helper Springs item # F2600

4WD - Firestone Ride-Rite Air Helper Springs item # F35FV

I also recommend adding the Firestone Air Command item # F2610 to your truck. This onboard compressor will allow you to adjust the PSI in your air bags from your phone.

@DonnaK Then you would want to install the Air Lift Air Shock Controller Compressor System for Air Shock Absorbers item # AL25804. It has a switch and pressure gauge that installs inside the cab.
