Currently we only have 12"x2" brakes like the # AKEBRK-7-SA. We do not have any brakes with a 12" diameter which are 3" wide. You may be able to switch out your hub/drums for the different size but we would need to know the spindle size or bearings and grease seal your live stock trailer uses to determine if just the brakes are obsolete or if you would need a whole new axle to make the change.
