Are There Any Replacement Hubs for a 1 3/8" Spindle

Question:

I am trying to replace hubs and bearings on my J22 trailer. I removed one of the hubs to view the spindle. It appears to be tapered. Diameter approx 1.38 inch inboard, 1.26 at inside of primary surface and stepped down to 1.07 on outer step down. Castle nut thread dimension is approx 0.78. I have pictures if needed. I am wondering if you can guide me to the proper hub/bearing progressed and ready replacement kit.

Heintz, thanks for measuring your spindle but unfortunately it looks like we don't carry any replacements for a 1 3/8" spindle because it is a pretty unusual and uncommon size.

The best thing you can do in this situation is replace the entire axle with that have spindles with a more common size. To get a replacement axle you're just going to first need to know what the weight capacity is, and then measure the hub face to hub face and the spring center to spring center.
