What you have is a Westin Sportsman Grille Guard, like the part # 40-0225 that fits your 2002 Ford F-250 Super Duty.
The replacement hardware kit for the one that fits your vehicle is found as part # 40-022PK on our site, but I did want to point out that the grille guard needs to have come off of one of the following vehicles for it to fit your truck:
2000 - 2004 Ford Excursion
1999 - 2004 Ford F-250 Super Duty
1999 - 2004 Ford F-350 Super Duty
1999 - 2004 Ford F-350, 450, and 550 Cab and Chassis
