Is There Solution for Needing Replacement Bearing in Older Trailer Jack

Question:

Hi, I need to replace a ball bearing in my older 1993 or even older 1000-lb trailer jack. The bearing literally fell apart, but used to be 20 mm ID and about 36 mm OD could be up to 40 mm OD. Could you please check if you have a ball bearing that fits? Thanks!

It's probably going to best to replace the jack at that age as that's pretty old and is probably not still made. I attached a link to a page that has all of the jacks we offer. If you want to let me know what style of jack you have I can get you a more specific recommendation.

Hi Jameson, Thank you for your reply and for your suggestion! That's exactly what I thought initially, so I even bought a new jack, but its outer tube was 2 1/4" and didn't fit into the trailer's tongue, so I had to return it. I checked every store nearby as well as CURT jacks online - all of them are 2 1/4". So I decided to fix my old 1000-lb jack whose outer tube seems to be around 2". Please let me know if you carry 2" jacks so I could replace the whole thing. Thanks, Alex.

@Alex We have the Dutton Lainson jack part # DL22530 which has an outer tube diameter of 2 inches. Most are larger than this.
