Yes, the Replacement Hardware Kit for Yakima SprocketRocket or Viper Roof Mounted Bike Carrier # Y8820147 will fit the Yakima Raptor and Raptor Aero.

@J the design of these is a little different and not part of the Raptor replacement parts. You need the # Y8810135, # Y8880010, and # Y8820028.

Thanks @RobinH !! If I wanted to convert a raptor aero to a raptor, would I only need the first item?

@J there really isn't much of a difference between the two. The parts listed in the comments are what the Raptor came with for mounting. The part from the initial answer works for both with the same wheel tray endcap. The Raptor Aero had a slightly different support running under it for the forward mounting points and the straps were a little different. I also believe it came with the MightyMounts # Y03590 which will also work with the Raptor. I'm not aware of any other differences but they're both discontinued.
