Is it ok to store my fifth wheel hitch on the pin box

Hey Evan, thanks for reaching out!
I don't see an issue with this as long as you're supporting the 5th wheel hitch so the weight of the hitch isn't pulling constantly at the jaw system. The 5th wheel hitch manufacturers didn't design the hitches to be stored this way but if you add support under it once your truck is out of the way it will be perfectly fine.
As a side note be sure you do uncouple the 5th wheel hitch periodically both to perform routine maintenance as well as to add some lubricant or change out a lube plate to keep the pin box and hitch head in good shape.
