Solution for a Fresh Water Tank That Fills When Connected to City Water

Fresh water tank fills when connected to city water, pump works fine. Can a back flow preventer help solve problem? Thanks

Hey Pat, the reason that your tank is filling when connected to city water is because there is an issue with your check valve so to fix it you would need to replace it with a new one like the RV Check Valve for Fresh Water Systems # 37262195.
