Troubleshooting Fan-Tastic Vent Has Constant Power With Honeywell T812D1025 Thermostat

Why do I have continuous power to thermostatically controlled T812D1025 Fan-Tastic fan autotrol motor K6050-80 even when the thermostat is turned off ??

I would start by checking all of your wiring to make sure there isn't a short. Also double check your ground connection. If that isn't the problem, it is likely the thermostat since it is responsible for sending the power when the fan should run. This has been discontinued but it looks like there are some replacements out there still if you run a simple search with that part number and they're a lot cheaper than a replacement fan like # FV803350.
