There are Extra Wiring At The Trailer Hitch Receiver On a 2016 GMC Terrain

i GMC 2016 HAS WIRING HARNESS, HOWEVER DOESNT MATCH ANY OF YOUR PRODUCTS. I TOOK PHOTOS TO ATTACH BUT I SEE THATS NOT AN OPTION. THANKS

The wiring you have on your 2016 GMC Terrain looks like it was added for a hitch light or possibly some kind of backup camera. It could have also been for a lift type bike rack or cargo carrier to get power. The white/brown wire of the one connector is typical of providing power for a hitch light which comes on with just the running lights. You can try using a Test Light # PTW2993 to see when the pins have power and possibly trace the wiring into your Terrain to see where exactly it runs to.
