The Dexter Heavy-Duty Suspension Kit # K71-359-00 you looked at would be a great solution for a replacement. You will need a quantity of two since you have a triple axle trailer. You will also have a couple spare bolts leftover should you need them in the future.
I would piece a kit together to eliminate the extra but the equalizers aren't available separately. It comes with the heavy duty equalizers with grease zerks, wet bolts, and heavy duty shackle straps. You could also go with an upgraded equalizer like the Dexter E-Z Flex # K71-656-00 or # K71-657-00.
The one thing you want to do is make sure these match what you have now. The shackles for all of these kits are 2-1/4" long center hole to center hole. The equalizer on the # K71-359-00 is a standard 5-3/4" center to center between the outer shackle bolt holes. The # K71-656-00 is 6-3/4" and the # K71-657-00 is 7-3/4". If your measurements are completely different feel free to drop them in the comments below and I'll see what we have that will work.
For leaf springs we have the # e27SR which match your 26" measurement. These are designed for 4,500 lb axles so they're rated a tad high but that won't make a difference in how the trailer rides.
