Identifying Spare Hub for Boat Trailer

Question:

Greetings. You directed me on a pre greased hub ready to go for my camper. Now looking for one as a spare for my boat. Can you tell me with the information in this photo what I need if I wanted a replacement. It’s a 14 ft boat trailer. Thanks

I would need the axle information like with the axle tag in the last answer. If you can respond to the email from this question with a picture of the axle tag or type the information in a comment down below I can find out what you need.

Thanks. You you super helpful on my last issue. Thanks! I was worried you you gonna say that. It’s a cheap 3 sided (almost like C channel) axle with no stickers I will see next time I take my tire off if I can get any other information. Unless you know of another way

@Tony ah yeah that isn't uncommon on a boat trailer. Since it isn't marked with anything you will need to check the actual bearings and grease seal for part numbers. If they aren't stamped in the side you will need to measure the inner diameter or the spindle where the bearings ride with a digital caliper like # PTW80157. I'll go ahead and attach a diagram above showing where to look and measure.
