Not all 12" tires have a 65 mph speed rating. Regardless, radial tires will give you the best performance at high speed, not bias. I'm not entirely sure which 12" tire size you would like since you looked at several so I'll give you a couple options. The Taskmaster 4.80R12 Radial Trailer Tire # TT48012C has a speed rating of M for 81 mph. This tire has a max load of 990 lbs at 90 psi.

The Kenda Karrier S-Trail ST145/R12 Radial Trailer Tire # AM10130 also has a speed rating of 81 mph. This tire has a max load of 1,220 lbs at 65 psi. If you are looking for the tire with a wheel this is also available with # AM35351DX. It is a white spoke wheel with a 4 on 4 bolt pattern.

If you want a wheel with the Taskmaster tire # TT48012C it will have to be purchased separately. I have attached a link below to all of our 12" wheels with a 4 on 4 bolt pattern for your reference. Any of these could be paired with this tire.
