If you're asking if the yoke latch on a coupler like # CA-5210-B can be repaired it depends on the brand and if a repair kit is available. We do not carry any repair kits for a yoke latch coupler. More often than not replacement is necessary. You can certainly use this coupler with a yoke latch for replacement or the # DM14793-81 you were looking at. I would personally choose the Demco with the eZ-Latch since it lets you hook up when in the closed position. It also has repair kits should you need one in the future.
