Hey Bobby,
To add disc brakes to your trailer you're going to need first need to check to make sure your axles have brake flanges for the calipers to mount to. From there you'll need hubs/rotors or slip on rotors, caliper assembly, hydraulic disc brake actuator, and a brake line kit.
If you're going with new rotors then you'll need either check your bearings and grease seal for part numbers or measure your spindle at points B, C, and D from the diagram below. We'll need to also know the axle capacity, which you can find by checking the axle tube for a white sticker that lists all its info. If the sticker is missing you can measure the axle tube diameter to get a guess of the capacity. Next we'll need to know the wheel bolt pattern so that your wheels will still mount up to the hubs. If you know the GVWR of the trailer that would also be helpful.
Once we have this information we can start picking out components.
