Swagman Platform Bike Rack that Will Accommodate Wheelbase of Townie Cruiser Bikes

sorry I was looking at swagman 2 bike rack video it said may work for long wheel base bikes we have townie cursers old people commuter bikes they are called flat foot because your feet touch the ground when stopped is there a measurement to find the max

The Swagman XTC2 you referred to, part # S64670 will accommodate a bike with a wheelbase up to 66 inches. The Swagman XC, part # S64650 can handle bikes with wheelbases up to 51-1/2 inches. You can find the wheelbase of your bike by measuring the distance between the front axle and the rear axle
