Why Would Stoplight Module Blink Both Turn Signals with Brakes Off

Question:

I recently rcvd a 3rd brake light module and a 4 way pin connector from you. I did a quick scotch tape, dry fit to verify it would work. When the brake is applied with either turn signal, thankfully it doesnt blink the stop light. Unfortunately, without the brakes applied, it blinks the stop light regardless if either left or right signal is turned on. I believe the stop light should remain off when a turn signal is on?

Hey William, that is a really odd problem to have with the module part # PP20-702 but it does sound like the wiring might be off so I would just double check that. If the wiring is good then the module is bad and needs to be replaced.
