Any of the Yakima cargo boxes are a fit for the factory roof rack on your 2012 Hyundai Santa Fe. To make sure that there is no interference with the rear hatch you will need to take a measurement.

If the factory crossbars can be moved then move the front bar as far forward as you can. Then measure from the center of the front bar straight back to the seam between the roof and the hatch.

I have included a picture showing the measurement in question. You can then determine which boxes will fit without hatch interference. For example if your measurement is 62 inches or more, all of the boxes will fit without hatch interference. I have included a link to the Yakima cargo boxes for you.
