Will the SportRack Vista XL Cargo Box fit a Rola Roof Rack on a 2009 Mazda 5

Question:

Looking at the fitment guide, it looks like the Mazda 5 is about the only vehicle omitted. I wonder if it was a mistake, truth, or oversight. I have a 2009 Mazda 5 with Rola bars at the factory mounting points, and would like to know if this SR7018 or any other SportRack product will fit. Mid-point aft bar to Mid-point fore bar is about 33. Will this box work with this rack and vehicle? Thanks,

Thank you for giving me the crossbar spread of the Rola Roof Rack 59834 that you have on your 2009 Mazda 5. With that information I can tell you that the SportRack Vista XL Cargo Box # SR7018 that you referenced will work for you.

This box is confirmed to fit crossbar spreads of 23-5/8 to 34 inches and bars that are up to 4 inches in width. Your crossbar spread is 33 inches and has a width of 3-1/8 inches.
