Troubleshooting the Fogatti InstaShower 8 Pro Controller Lighting Up Then Turning Off
Question:
We installed a fogatti instashower 8pro, and when we went to put the fuse in, the controller lit up with the number 12 then shut off. When we turn it on, it reads the water temp but wont turn on. We have a 2007 keystone springdale clearwater edition. We have an older power box that we had to run an 18g wire to, as recommended by Fogattis tech. Everything is hooked up correctly.

We currently don't carry the Fogatti InstaShower 8 Pro but I just wanted to verify that you're turning both the water heater and the controller on as it looks like they both have their own power switches.
Aside from that you'll want to have a technician come out and check the installation. A lot of times there is something small in the installation that was overlooked and it helps to get a fresh pair of eyes on the installation.
If the installer is able to verify that everything is correctly installed then it sounds like you have a warranty problem and you'll want to reach out to Fogatti or the company you purchase this from directly.

Greetings! I ended up speaking with Fogatti and when I described the issue they immediately knew. We had forgotten to release the bypass after Installing the pex pipe. So once we switched the tab back, all was fine! Talk about a spaz moment! Lol
