The hitch head portion of the 5th wheel hitch you referenced, the Husky Silver Series 5th Wheel # HT31318-31325, cannot be replaced by a goose neck attachment for pulling a goose neck trailer. The resulting height from such an arrangement would be too tall.
However, Husky offers a Gooseneck Hitch for Fifth Wheel Rails, part # HT31368, that fits any industry-standard 5th wheel base rails to provide a goose neck ball rated up to 25,000-lbs. You would need to remove both the 5th wheel hitch head unit and the leg assembly from your base rails and then simply drop in the goose neck hitch in its place.
