Hey Kenn, thanks for reaching out!
For an ambulance body you'll need a universal-type hitch like the Curt Class 5 Universal Weld-on Hitch w/ Brackets # 15903. This gives you a 2" receiver and the brackets can be modified and spaced out up to 60" apart so you'll need a shop to help get this installed.
Unfortunately there aren't any hitches designed specifically for an ambulance which is why a weld-on application is the best option.
