Will the Draw-Tite gooseneck hitch ball 5inch offset 19308 fit in my Curt Double Lock gooseneck hitch?

Unfortunately no, Tom. The 5" Offset Ball for Hide-A-Goose Gooseneck Trailer Hitches # 19308 only works with Bulldog, Draw-Tite, Hidden Hitch, and Reese Hide-A-Goose gooseneck trailer hitches.
For your Curt Double-Lock, you'll want to use the Curt 4" Offset Ball for Double-Lock Gooseneck Hitch # C602.
You'll notice this one has a 4" offset, but that's because they don't offer a 5" offset version, so this is the best we can do.
