Solution for Touchscreen of 2015 Keystone Outback that Stopped Working
Question:
The screen on the remote for the 2015 keystone outback doesn’t work. When I touch it, nothing happens. It’s no longer touch screen. Is there any way to fix this?

Hey Ruthie, if the touchscreen you have is a remote and looks like the part # LC358601 then only solution would be to replace it. If it's a touchscreen display that is hardwired to the RV you should first try unplugging it from the RV and plugging back in to see if a hard reset brings it back. If that does not work email me back with a picture of it and/or info and I'll see if its something we offer as a replacement.
