Info Needed to Verify if Trailer Hub is Correct for Spindle
Question:
sir, hope you can help me i change the hubs in my utility trailer 5x8 but it feels that I can wiggle the tires a bit , so I may have bought the wrong hub, since I cant verify numbers because my wife send all the old part to the trash how can i find out if i did a good job or not. can you give this old men some advice. Thank you

Hey Jorge, so probably the easiest way would be to pull the hub off and measure the spindles where they ride and then look up what bearings came in your new hub and compare the inner diameters of the bearings to your spindle dimensions. If the hub you bought was the part # T4084600042 then the spindle would need to be 1 inch in diameter.
