Can You Stand On Truck Trolley Truck Bed Slide Out Tray

Question:

Without seeing the instruction-manual, its hard to know if during the installation process, it is OK and/or recommended even, to stand on the truck trolley while installing the strap system. I do not weigh anywhere close to 300 lbs, but want to make sure. Also, if I am moving some cargo due to heavier cargo weight might require me to stand in the bed of the truck to move cargo from further back towards the gate, that I would be able to do so without compromising the truck-trolley or warranty, for that matter. Or, is that even safe i.e. could the trolley move on me as Im standing on it?. Any insight would be appreciated. Thanks in advance. p.s. I will be moving musical gear i.e. amps, speaker cabs, miscellaneous mics, mic stands, cabling, lighting, stands, etc.

Hey Mike, I would say that it's probably not a great idea to stand on the Truck Trolley Truck Bed Slide Out Tray part # TR87VR since it doesn't lock into place and could move when not expected and cause you to fall. The weight capacity wouldn't be a problem though. As someone who's loaded PA equipment, cabs, etc in truck bed this will make life easier for you though! Not having to climb into load stuff or stack things up front with limited room will be nice.
