How to Find Right Hub For Boat Trailer

I'm sure we can get you a hub assembly for your boat trailer, though we don't have any way of knowing what hubs you need. In order to find the correct hubs you will need to take apart your current hub assembly and look at the bearings themselves; wipe away the grease and you should be able to see the part number stamped directly on them.

If you are unable to find them, you need to use a digital caliper and measure your spindle where the bearings ride. You will also need to know your wheel bolt pattern; if you aren't sure what your wheel bolt pattern is I have linked a printable template which will tell you exactly what you have.

So for example, if your bearings are L44649 (1.063" inner diameter) and you have a 5 on 4-1/2" bolt pattern, you would use the Galvanized Trailer Idler Hub Assembly for 2,000-lb Axles - 5 on 4-1/2 # AKIHUB-545-2-G-EZ-2K.
