Troubleshooting a 2020 Ford F-350 That Does Not Have Working Turn Signals When Using a Lightbar

Question:

I am towing a vehicle with a f 350 super duty and using a portable light bar 0n the towed vehicle. my plug from the light bar is a7-4 plug it also has a 4 way plug both plugs have red lights to show that all connector are ok. all of my lights are working except the turn signals are not do you have any suggestions?

Hey John, so I would try and see if you can narrow down the issue by removing the light bar and connecting the truck and towed vehicle together and see if the problem continues.

If it does then you know the issue is most likely with your connector or your wiring on either the towed vehicle or the truck. If it doesn't, and everything works then you know the issue is with the light bar.
