Hey Victor, so normally installing an air bag kit like the Firestone part # F2600 that fits your 2022 Ford F-350 on a truck with a lift requires spacers...but since you can't access the area where the bump stop is on your frame you would need to go with a Roadactive kit like the part # RAS3611-SLHD which works with the lift kit as well as it doesn't need access to the bump stop area either.

I really like the RAS kits as they provide all of the support you need, don't require maintenance and also improve ride quality and stability unlike other options.
