Troubleshooting Remote and App Not Connecting on Air Command Compressor System # F29VV
Question:
I cant get the remote or the app to work. The remote says Not Connected and the app says compressor missing.

First be sure to check your ground and battery connections. These tend to be what causes the connection issues for the Air Command Standard Duty Compressor System # F29VV. Also check the fuse as I have seen times where the fuse was damaged. You can check your ground connection by running a jumper wire directly to the battery to verify. If you are still having issues be sure to check the connector to the ECU to ensure the pins haven't been damaged inside the connector or are pushing out of the plug.
If you still can't get it to connect please contact Firestone as they prefer to handle their warranties in house.
