Troubleshooting Greystone RV Fireplace Remote that isn't Working
Question:
Have greystone fireplace ped remote and order new still wont work for remote control can you replace the ir sensor on the fireplace?

Hey Ed, see if maybe there is still a piece of plastic between the battery and the remote which would cause it to not have power. That's typically the problem. Sometimes unplugging and replugging back in the fireplace can clear out weird bugs like this as well so you should try that as well. Otherwise that part isn't replaceable.
