Fan Motor and Wall Switch Wiring Diagram for the LaSalle Bristol 12V RV Ceiling Fan
Question:
Why does the instructions come with no information on the wires? What is the yellow and green? Im a little annoyed I had to search for the other colors. Now I have wires hanging from The ceiling because I dont info on the fan to rv. And there is nothing helpful about the actual switch

That does sounds frustrating, Cody. But, I do think I've stumbled onto something you can use. According to the instructions, the wiring for the actual fan motor goes:
-Connect the white (positive) wire from motor to the white (positive) wire from the ceiling,
-Connect the motor grounding wire from to the grounding wire in the ceiling,
-Connect the blue (negative) wire from motor to the blue (negative) wire to the ceiling.
After making the wire connections, the wires should be spread apart. The blue (negative) conductor, and yellow green (grounding) conductor on one side and, the white (positive) conductor on the other side of the ceiling. The wire connection points should then be turned upward and pushed carefully up into ceiling.
For the wall switch I've also gone ahead and attached the diagram for that for you to check out, I hope this helps!

That's not correct. I contacted my manufacturer and sent him a video of what happened and they said that my black is positive and my white is neutral. Also, the green and yellow wire does not connect to my copper ground wire. My copper wire is to connect directly to a screw that attaches to the metal housing of the motor. But I do not know where that green and yellow wire goes because a loud vibration or shake from the motor is all that happens
