Hey Fred, good question. When uninstalling the Roadmaster InvisiBrake system, you do not need to remove the diodes. You certainly can remove them if you wish but leaving them in place is also acceptable. All they are doing is preventing current from flowing in more than one direction. So if you were to leave them in place, you would not notice any effects of any kind. Generally, we would not re-use a diode after it has been installed, so it will probably be easier and faster to just leave them in place.
