Should all the Bolster and Swivel Bracket Assemblies # CE10002G-4 Sit At The Same Heights?
Question:
I have a 2003 loadrite double axle galv trailer. I am replacing my ubolts on and swivel brackets. I replaced the ubolts one by one, I have 4 9 foot bunks 3 bolster each. I test fitted a new board on one set of 3 swivels and to my surprise the middle bolster was lower on the outside starboard side. I then tried another board on a different set of swivels and all on the middle set about half inch lower than the ends. Is this standard? I was expecting them to be the same size?

The Bolster and Swivel Bracket Assemblies # CE10002G-4 are generally going to be positioned to match the curves of your boat. So if your boat has a bit of a belly with narrower front and tail this would explain why it sits just a bit lower. If you notice a gap still with your boat loaded then it would be wise to reposition the brackets so they make positive contact with the boat to provide it the support it needs.
