Currently there is only one base plate kit that fits your 2024 Chev Trailblazer:

- Demco Tabless Base Plate Kit # DM49YV

If you're needing to pair this with a Blue Ox tow bar then you can do so with the Adapter Kit # DM9523127.

For a complete flat towing setup you will need a base plate kit, tow bar, safety cables, vehicle tow bar wiring, a supplemental braking system, and possibly a high-low adapter. If you do not have all of these components just let me know and I can make some additional recommendations for you.
