The closest we have to that is the Replacement Bearing for etrailer and Ram Square Jacks - 7,000 lbs # TJD-7000-BR which has a 1.519" outer diameter (which is just a touch under 9/16") and 0.756" inner diameter (just a bit under 7.8").
