Can The Timbren Axle-Less Attach to 2-1/2" Square Tube Frame and What 10" Wheel and Tire Will Fit?

1. Can the Timbren 3500 pound axle be attached to 2 1/2 x 2 1/2 inch tubing? 2. Can a 10 inch wheel and matching tire be used on the Timbren 3500 pound axle?

Expert Reply:

Yes, the Timbren Axle-Less Trailer Suspension # A35RS545 can be mounted to your 2-1/2" by 2-1/2" square tubing. Depending on your trailers structure you may need to add an additional crossmember to prevent the frame from twisting but this is covered in the installation instructions which I have included near the bottom of the page.

For 10" tires and wheels we have the Kenda 205/65-10 Bias Trailer Tire with 10" White Wheel # AM3H480 or Galvanized Wheel # AM3H490. Do understand these are our highest rated capacity 10" tires at load range E(1,650lbs) but they are less than the Timbren suspension so you will not want to exceed a capacity of 3,300lbs with these setups.
