You will need to use a circuit tester like the Circuit Tester Kit, item # PTW2993, to determine which wires you will splice the 4-Pole 60 inch Long Vehicle End (Includes 4 wire taps), item # 18002, too. The yellow wire will be connected on the driver's side behind the taillights to the wire that has the left turn signal on it when tested. The yellow wire also provides the brake light function to the trailer. The brown wire will be attached to the taillight wire behind the driver's side taillight. Then you will attach the green wire to the wire with the right turn signal on it behind the passenger's side taillight. Finally, you will ground the white wire to the vehicle frame to complete the 4-Pole trailer wiring harness installation.
